Sechenchogs and Mr Shi weimin to participate as members of

Expedition in monglia and for sending their CVs ,medical

certificates and photographs,I am pleased to inform you that

both of them have been selected by the working group.

I enclosed herewith the letters of informations to these

two scholars, and would be grateful if you would kindly

forward them, together with the documents in annex.

I have also received an application form prof.Liu

Yingsheng of Nanjing University whose active participation and

expert knowledge was greatly appreciated in our previous

Expeditions.In view of prof.liu`s major field of study

which is the history of the mongols and other nomadic tribes

in Monglia,the working group considered him to be an

eminently suitable candidate and aslo recommended his

selection. I unterstand that he has sent his application form

to you, and, if you agree to his participating as the third

Chinese member of the team,you may wish to send it on to me.

and I will then send his confirmation letter.

Regarding the media representatives,individual letters

and specific agreements for each participatinng organisation

will be sent shortly. Could you please request them to let me

have their identity photography and medical certificates.
