The patchwork "Jin He"(Integration of splendid silk), which was presented as a gift for the 30th anniversary of China National Silk Museum, has made a brilliant appearance at the Fashion Gallery on 17th May, 2022.
The more than 10,000 pieces of rags patchwork which is carrying the infinite friendship and full of blessings was designed and produced by Qiu Haisuo, the professor of the School of Design of China Academy of Art, chairman of Zhejiang Folk Artists Association, and chairman of Zhejiang Quilts Association.
"Jin He", which is taking the 30th anniversary celebration of the China National Silk Museum as an opportunity, with the theme of " Farewell to the past, New journey to start", and the exchange between the East and the West on the Silk Road as the background, displays the rich cultural heritage and extraordinary growth process of China National Silk Museum.
